We encourage you to make appointments in advance by calling or texting 808.264.1331 or by visiting our official Kaanapali Alli Wellness website. Appointments made the same day of service are always welcome based on availability. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number.

Cancellation Policy
We reserve your spa appointment time just for you. Please allow 24 hours in advance to change or cancel your appointment. A no-show for an appointment will result in full payment of your scheduled treatment.
Appointment Arrival
Please arrive only 5-10 minutes prior to your treatment appointment. Late arrivals will end treatments at regularly scheduled time.

Minimum Age Requirements
kaanapali Alii Wellness welcomes teenagers aged 13- 17 to enjoy our spa services. Parents must be present at check-in and check-out. Spa services are not available for children 12 and under.
